Scheduling Policy

At Chicago Smile Spa we reserve your appointment time just for you. During this time Dr. Alfe does not schedule any other patients to ensure the individual, personalized care that Chicago Smile Spa is all about. Please know that we request 48 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. For any appointments greater than 3 hours we request 72 hours notice.

There will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatment fees for all cancellations within 48 hours.
