You wear thin, clear plastic aligners on your upper and lower teeth and change them out every 2-3 weeks, depending on your specific situation. It’s important that you wear them for the prescribed amount of time each day (minimum 22 hours), only removing them to eat, brush and floss. Patients report minimal discomfort during treatment.
